We've been working closely with the University of Plymouth for over nine years, developing a real understanding of the unique set of pressures, influences and needs that face the higher education market. Recognising the importance of working as part of an integrated team, we've established strong relationships with the Estates Department, other university staff, the framework main contractor and consultants making them a trusted and reliable source of expertise.
Completion of major recent projects has illustrated the benefit of an ongoing relationship, resulting in quicker response times, knowledge of university procedures and better integration with all members of the team. Recent projects, completed through the university’s framework agreement with Cowlin Construction, have also further established the strong working partnership between all parties.
