We offer both static (that's dedicated to a contract site) and mobile maintenance services, provided by a team of more than 1,200 highly skilled engineers. We're available to help you whenever you need us - and when we say whenever, we mean it. Our core services include:

• HVAC - our in-house service teams maintain all HVAC systems and, where required, our engineers are CORGI and ACOP qualified.
• Electrical and mechanical systems - we maintain HV, LV, lighting and power distribution systems, UPS and standby power generators. Our mechanical maintenance service includes lifts, escalators, traffic barriers and security shutters.
• Energy management & controls - we maintain BMS and energy management systems and offer energy management advice (including meeting BREEM and EPC certification). We also offer biomass, geothermal and CHP systems to improve sustainability and reduce energy consumption.
• Fabric maintenance - we provide the full range of fabric maintenance services as part of a M&E services maintenance package.
• Fire and intruder alarm systems - maintaining everything from life support systems and emergency lighting to fire and intruder alarms.
• Lifecycle planning & condition surveys - we offer full plant and asset condition reports, forward asset maintenance and replacement planning, capital programmes and budgetary planning.
• Portable appliance testing - full portable appliance risk assessment and testing to latest legislation.
• Project & small works - a specialised small works and project team to support our customers and our core maintenance service.
• Water treatment, monitoring & maintenance - our in-house service teams provide full monitoring, testing and disinfection to ACOP L8 standards.
